Our Firm's Commitment to Our Clients and Employees

In our desire to provide the safest possible environment for our clients and employees, while managing governmental directives, we want to keep you apprised of our plans as we move forward. At present, the Stay at Home Order issued by Ohio Department of Health Director, Dr. Amy Acton, has identified Law Firms as essential businesses. Hence, we do not intend to close our building unless this changes. However, we also think it is best for the health of our clients and employees if our employees work from home where possible, and client meetings will now be limited to only those that involve urgent matters. Accordingly, we have instructed our employees to work remotely if at all possible and we will maintain a small number of personnel on site to handle mail and client communications.

The Firm’s technological capabilities and contingency plans will allow us to continue to serve your needs remotely and be as responsive as ever.  While this effort will bring new challenges, we are confident that we remain positioned to meet your needs, while also providing a safer environment for you and our employees. Even remotely, our attorneys will continue to monitor the developments in any government response to the COVID-19 crisis.  We will all be prepared to assist our clients and friends amid this challenge.

We are sincerely grateful for your flexibility, patience, and faith in our Firm.  Please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly, should you need anything. Please stay safe.

Very truly,
Matthew W. Nakon
