With over 33 years of experience in counseling business clients, Ms. Collett focuses on a variety of real estate related matters including, but not limited to, real estate development, financing, transfers, environmental compliance, land use, zoning, storm and sanitary sewer issues, and annexation. In addition to practicing law, Ms. Collett is also a Licensed Title Insurance Agent by the Ohio Department of Insurance.

Tell us a little bit about your history and how you came to be at Wickens Herzer Panza.
I grew up in Southwest Ohio and moved to the Cleveland area to attend CWRU Law School. I worked as a law clerk at Wickens Herzer Panza during law school.
What is your passion? What are you passionate about? What makes you tick?
Traveling; my pets; scuba diving; being with my husband, children and family.
Why do/should people want to and choose to work with you?
My work is thorough and timely. I've never 'thrown anyone under the bus.' I am honest.
What's in your wallet/purse right this very minute? What do you never leave home without?
Smart phone, migraine pills and my appointment calendar.
What else should we know about you?
I love to work at my home on Put-in-Bay and sometimes make house calls.
