Mr. Nakon is a member of the Litigation Department and concentrates his practice on all aspects of business litigation with an emphasis on employment matters, contract disputes, shareholder disputes, business torts, and construction law.
Mr. Nakon also has experience in First Amendment litigation, with an emphasis on media law and the protection of information in the digital age.

Tell us a little bit about your history and how you came to be at Wickens Herzer Panza.
I have worked at Wickens Herzer Panza since 2012, working any time I was home from college on summer, fall, or winter break. I first started in the file room as a Firm Services Assistant. While attending Law School, I worked as a Law Clerk for the Litigation Department, but also performed research for the Business Organizations & Tax Department. Upon being admitted to the Bar on November 13, 2017, I have practiced as an Attorney in the Litigation Department.
Tell me something unique about yourself.
I am a third generation Cleveland-Marshall graduate and attorney. My Grandfather, Michael P. Nakon, and my uncle, Matt Nakon, each attended before me. The law is in my blood.

What else should we know about you?
I play keeper in a men’s soccer league and enjoy trying new local restaurants and establishments. My favorite author is Ernest Hemingway and I can’t get enough of the Guardians!
