Michael Nakon is a member of the Litigation Department and concentrates his practice on all aspects of business litigation with an emphasis on contract disputes, shareholder disputes, business torts, and construction law.
Michael also has experience in First Amendment litigation, with an emphasis on media law and the protection of information in the digital age.
Michael has been selected to the 2025 Super Lawyers© Ohio Rising Stars List.
