LEARN MORE ABOUT BILL

What are your hobbies, interests, or talents outside of law?

My wife and I are celebrating our 50th Anniversary in June, 2025, and I still enjoy spending my time with her. I have developed a passion for writing. I have written eight books on dentistry and the law and continue to write numerous articles for Dental Economics, including my column, Prescott’s Perspective on Transitions. Lastly I have been a runner for 48 years.

Why did you begin practicing in your area of law?

Having been a dental equipment and supply salesman, equipment specialist and General Manager of Saslow Dental - Northern Ohio for a period of 17 years, it was natural for me to represent dentists as a practice succession, tax and business lawyer. Becoming a lawyer was always my aspiration, and it finally became a reality.

What is a personal accomplishment you are proud of?

A major accomplishment for me was getting an Executive M.B.A. in Systems Management and Strategic Planning at Baldwin Wallace College, at my wife’s urging. This degree was instrumental in getting me admitted to law school.

What quote resonates with you?

“Live your dream” is what I tell every young person I encounter. It worked for me.
