Why did you begin practicing in your area of law?

After working in the employment law clinic in law school, I knew I wanted to practice in the labor and employment area.  Practicing in the labor and employment area provides an opportunity for me to be proactive rather than reactive with my clients.  I knew it would allow me to get to know my clients and their businesses on a broader level and to work with them to achieve positive growth and success.  I was drawn to the human connections this practice area provides and it has not disappointed.
