PRACTICE AREAS: Litigation, Employment & Labor
Dominic Parish is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Department and focuses his practice on trust, estate, and probate litigation and all aspects of business litigation, with an emphasis on employment and worker’s compensation matters. Dominic has represented clients in state and federal court and before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, and the Ohio Industrial Commission. He is also experienced in real estate, title, and oil and gas law.
Dominic graduated cum laude from the University of Akron School of Law in 2017. Prior to attending law school, he graduated cum laude from the University of Akron in 2013, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science.

What are your hobbies, interests, or talents outside of law?
My hobbies and interests outside of law include film, music, cooking, baking, running, and playing soccer.
Why did you begin practicing in your area of law?
I began practicing in my area of the law because it is an area in which I can help others resolve issues, and because it can be intellectually challenging.
What is a personal accomplishment you are proud of?
A personal accomplishment that I am proud of is learning how to make (good) pizza from scratch.
What is your favorite thing about living in Northeast Ohio?
My favorite thing about living in Northeast Ohio is being able to go to great restaurants, coffee shops, and concerts with family and friends.
